New Moon, New You: A Manifestation Ritual with Clear Quartz

The new moon is a powerful portal for planting seeds — it’s the sacred pause before the bloom. In the stillness, there’s clarity. In the dark, there’s deep magic. This ritual helps you align with your desires and infuse them with light.

What you’ll need:
✨ A Clear Quartz point (or any crystal that feels aligned)
✨ A candle (white or new moon grey is lovely)
✨ Paper + pen
✨ A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed

The Ritual:

  1. Create a sacred container — Light your candle and take a few grounding breaths. Feel your feet rooted, your heart soft, and your energy open.
  2. Connect with your crystal — Hold your Clear Quartz in your hand or place it in front of you. Whisper your intention to it — this crystal will amplify your desires and carry your energy forward.
  3. Write your intentions — On your paper, write down 3 to 5 things you want to call in. Be clear, kind, and specific. Frame them in the present tense as if they’re already blooming.
    (e.g., “I am confident in my purpose,” or “My business grows with grace and abundance.”)
  4. Speak them aloud — Your voice is a spell. Speak each intention out loud, letting the words ripple out into the universe. Let yourself feel what it would be like to live them fully.
  5. Seal the magic — Fold the paper and place your Clear Quartz on top. Keep it on your altar, bedside, or somewhere special for the lunar cycle.
  6. Close with stillness — Sit in silence for a few moments and imagine moonlight filling your body. You’ve set your intentions — now trust, release, and allow.

The full moon is a cosmic spotlight — illuminating what’s been working, what’s been weighing on you, and what’s ready to be released. This ritual is your sacred pause… a moment to cleanse, reflect, and realign.

What you’ll need:
✨ A piece of Selenite (wand or palmstone)
✨ Your fave incense, smoke wand, or herbal bundle
✨ Pen + paper
✨ A candle (optional but lovely)

The Ritual:

  1. Set the mood — Light your incense or candle. Let the smoke gently rise as a signal to your energy field that it’s time to reset.
  2. Cleanse your aura — Slowly wave your Selenite from the crown of your head to your feet. Imagine it sweeping away any stagnant energy, stress, or emotional clutter.
  3. Reflect + write — On your paper, finish this sentence:
    “Under this full moon, I release…” and let it flow. Write everything you're ready to let go of — habits, fears, beliefs, expectations, even energy that isn’t yours to carry.
  4. Release with intention — Fold the paper and, if safe to do so, burn it in a fire-safe dish — or tear it into tiny pieces and bury it in the earth.

For the days when your heart feels heavy, tender, or just in need of a little love — this ritual is a soul-soothing soak in self-compassion. Rose Quartz and Rhodonite are heart medicine: one for softness and self-love, the other for emotional healing and holding you through the deeper stuff.

This is your moment to pause, reset, and reconnect to the love within you.

What you’ll need:
✨ A Rose Quartz and a Rhodonite (palmstone, tumble, or whatever’s calling)
✨ A handful of dried rose petals or Himalayan salt
✨ A few drops of your favourite essential oil (rose, geranium, or ylang ylang are gorgeous here)
✨ Candles, gentle music, and low lights for extra softness

The Ritual:

  1. Prepare your bath with intention — As you fill the tub, sprinkle in your petals or salts. Drop in your oils and swirl the water gently. Place your crystals at the edge of the bath or in a dish nearby. (If they’re water-safe and you feel called, let them bathe with you!)
  2. Set the scene — Light a candle. Play soft music. Let this space feel sacred, held, and just for you. No distractions — just presence.
  3. Step in + breathe — As you sink into the warmth, take three deep, slow breaths. On each exhale, imagine releasing any heaviness or emotional tightness from your chest.

When your nervous system is buzzing, your chest feels tight, or your thoughts just won’t slow down — this ritual helps you come back to your breath, your body, and your centre.
Lepidolite is like a lavender-scented hug for your mind, and Moonstone brings emotional calm and intuitive reassurance.

What you’ll need:
✨ A Lepidolite tumble or palmstone (for nervous system support + emotional balance)
✨ A Moonstone (for gentle self-trust + calming intuition)
✨ A cup of herbal tea (chamomile, lemon balm, or lavender)

The Ritual:

For when your aura feels foggy, your mood feels “off,” or you’ve picked up some funky energy that isn’t yours — this quick ritual is your go-to energetic reset.

What you’ll need:
✨ Black Tourmaline (for protection + clearing)
✨ Selenite (for purification + light)
✨ Optional: smoke wand or incense

The Ritual:

  1. Ground yourself — Sit or stand barefoot if possible. Hold your Black Tourmaline in one hand and take a few deep belly breaths.
  2. Cleanse with Selenite — Slowly sweep your Selenite over your head, down your body, to your feet. Visualise it brushing off energetic debris, stress, and any cords or attachments.
  3. Seal your space — Place the Tourmaline by your front door or near your workspace. Let it act as an energetic doorman, keeping your field clean and clear.
  4. Optional smoke cleanse — Waft your incense around your body and room while repeating:
    “I release what isn’t mine. I return to peace.”

Crystal Grid for Grounding with Smoky Quartz, Hematite & Tiger Eye

When the world feels like it’s spinning a little too fast — or your mind just won’t sit still — this ritual is your energetic anchor.
A crystal grid made with Smoky Quartz, Hematite, and Tiger Eye brings stability, strength, and focus back into your body and space.
This isn’t just a layout — it’s a sacred structure for your nervous system and spirit to rest in.

What you’ll need:
✨ 1 Smoky Quartz (for grounding + protection)
✨ 1 Hematite (for stability + body awareness)
✨ 1 Tiger Eye (for courage, balance + clarity)
✨ Optional: Grid cloth, centre stone, or additional grounding stones like Black Tourmaline or Red Jasper
✨ A quiet space, free of tech and noise

The Ritual:

  1. Clear your space — Light incense or give your area a gentle smudge to clear away any scattered or unwanted energy. Take a few grounding breaths.
  2. Set your intention — Hold your three crystals and speak (or write) your intention aloud.
    Example: “I anchor into my body. I am calm, protected, and steady in all that I do.”
  3. Create your grid —
    • Place the Smoky Quartz at the centre of your grid or space — this is your energetic root.
    • Place the Hematite below it (south or base of your layout), anchoring you deep into the earth.
    • Position the Tiger Eye to the left or right, representing mental strength and balance.
    • Optional: add any supporting stones around the edge in a circle or triangle formation.

  1. Activate your grid — Using a Clear Quartz point or your finger, trace an invisible line connecting your stones. Do this with focus and intention, visualising the energy linking and amplifying.
  2. Sit and ground — Spend a few minutes sitting beside your grid. You can meditate, journal, or simply be still. Let the energy settle into your body. Feel the support beneath you. 

Keep your grid up for as long as you need it — a few days, a full moon cycle, or just an hour of calm before chaos.
