It states we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however we understand sometimes you might find another item you like more. If your order has not been shipped, we are happy to swap products around.

Most orders are shipped within 24hrs so if you need to cancel your order please let us know asap as once it has left us we are unable to retrieve your parcel. Please note we have a $10 restocking/cancellation fee for any orders cancelled (this includes pre orders).

If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on the item, we will either ask for you to submit a claim with Australia Post or we will provide a replacement of the same or similar product, or offer a store credit and you can purchase whatever is calling to you.

We may also mask you to return the damaged products in a safe and secure manner using a trackable shipping method at your own cost. Upon receiving the item, we will refund your shipping costs.

ELIGIBILITY: Our lay-by service is available for all customers purchasing items from Shanti & Sage.
DURATION: The lay-by term is set at 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price is required to initiate the lay-by agreement.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Customers are required to make regular fortnightly payments towards their lay-by balance over the 6-week period. Payments can be of any amount, as long as the lay-by is paid in full by the end of the term.
CANCELLATION: Customers may cancel their lay-by agreement at any time during the 6-week period. However, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase price will be deducted from the refund.
COMPLETION: Once the lay-by is paid in full, including any applicable fees, the customer will be notified, and the item(s) will be shipped to the provided address.
EXTENSION: In exceptional circumstances, customers may request an extension to the lay-by term. Extension requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval by our customer service team.
REFUNDS: If a lay-by is cancelled or not paid in full by the end of the term, any payments made will be refunded to the customer minus the cancellation fee.

HOW TO BURN A SMUDGE WAND SAFELY

Please read instructions thoroughly

Do not light the bundle to a big flame.

Always burn on or over a heat resistant surface, within sight and out of the reach of children and pets. Avoid drafts. Never burn the wands on or near anything flammable. Handle with care.

Leave a window open before, during, and after smudging. This allows smoke to escape.

Allow the ash to collect in a ceramic bowl

as you go.

Hold the bundle at a 45-degree angle, light the tips, gently blow out the flame as soon as you see it so that you see orange embers only, not a flame. Continue this process till you have reached your desired smoke strength.

Then you can start the process of clearing your space.

Never leave a burning wand unattended.

When finished , Make sure your wand is completely extinguished. You can do this by dabbing the lit end into a small bowl of sand or a little water. Check the end closely to make sure there are no more embers burning. Once it's completely put out, store it in a safe, dry place out of the sun.
