1. ELIGIBILITY: Our lay-by service is available for all customers purchasing items from Shanti & Sage.
2. DURATION: The lay-by term is set at 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
3. DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price is required to initiate the lay-by agreement.
4. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Customers are required to make regular fortnightly payments towards their lay-by balance over the 6-week period. Payments can be of any amount, as long as the lay-by is paid in full by the end of the term.
5. CANCELLATION: Customers may cancel their lay-by agreement at any time during the 6-week period. However, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase price will be deducted from the refund.
6. COMPLETION: Once the lay-by is paid in full, including any applicable fees, the customer will be notified, and the item(s) will be shipped to the provided address.
7. EXTENSION: In exceptional circumstances, customers may request an extension to the lay-by term. Extension requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval by our customer service team.
8. REFUNDS: If a lay-by is cancelled or not paid in full by the end of the term, any payments made will be refunded to the customer minus the cancellation fee.
